How much does a service call cost?
Our service call is a flat $200 — and unlike most companies, it isn't just a trip charge. It includes the visit, a full diagnosis by a licensed electrician, and the repair itself using standard materials. For most common problems, that one upfront price gets the issue fixed.
If your job turns out to need specialty parts or larger work, we'll explain exactly what's needed and give you a clear quote before we go any further. You'll never be surprised by the bill.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every service we perform is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how it was done, we'll come back and make it right at no charge for labor.

What should I do if I smell burning near an outlet or panel?

Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?
Not always. Many homes can add a Level 2 charger with the existing panel. We'll do a load calculation and tell you honestly what you need — nothing more.
Why should I get whole-home surge protection?
